Re: Wilson 6th highest paid athlete worldwide
Got it. So that signing bonus doesn't count against the cap? He gets 53 mil next year? Yes, he gets $18M base salary and $35M of his signing bonus. The prorated amounts are the portions of the signing bonus that get counted against the cap. And RW does get $30M of his signing bonus this year as I s...

Re: Wilson 6th highest paid athlete worldwide
All I can say is that you're not reading it correctly. $19.2M in signing bonus is what is being charged against the cap. This is not what he receives in signing bonus this year. In the spotrac link, the last column is yearly cash, which is $35M for 2019. This reflects the base $5M, and $30M of the ...

Re: Wilson 6th highest paid athlete worldwide
Nope. I didn't say it except for my questioning you on your remark. Then someone hacked your account RW gets $5M base salary plus $30M of his signing bonus in 2019. He gets the other $35M of his signing bonus in 2020. $5M base salary + $65M signing bonus = $70M guaranteed. The salaries in the exten...

Re: Wilson 6th highest paid athlete worldwide
RW extension: $65M salary + $65M signing bonus + $10M roster bonuses. The Hawks are able to prorate his signing bonus over his 2019 season and the extension for salary cap purposes. $65M/5 = $13M toward the cap. JS worked the cap to have a smaller affect in 2019. RW was set to make $17M in base sal...

Re: Does BWags want to get JS fired?
I agree on the O-line. Duane Brown is one of the best at his position. I liked Iupati in SF and he is a nice addition if healthy. Fluker is a stud when healthy but he seems to be injury prone. Britt is pretty good at center. Ifedi seems to slowly improving. Finally, when we play Fant in the jumbo T...

Re: Mind boggling injuries
I think you guys are relating your own personal experience to a professional athlete. It is training camp. You say your hurt and you don't have to practice. ..That simple.
Procise is a probably out for season though.
