Vogelbomb to tie it back up
Both Encarnación and Vogelbach getting the Mariner bomb squad back on track. 9 homers apiece now.

Okay, assuming both are on the squad for the foreseeable future, who gets to 20 first between the two?

Re: Dip does it again-acquires Austin Adams for milb Nick Wells

Adams just might be a solid bullpen righty. I suspect, until learning more that he throws heat. As a reliever, 12.7 K's per 9 innings. In limited MLB it's up to 15.4 K/9. Flip side, he walks a lot of batters, he throws a lot of wild pitches and, quite frankly, I'd be scared scatless to dig in. He se...

Dip does it again-acquires Austin Adams for milb Nick Wells

Jerry Dipoto doesn't often make deals :P , but when he does he usually trades a lefthanded pitcher  I liked Wells but he wasn't setting the world on fire. He appeared fringe. By Ty Bradley | May 4, 2019 at 2:50pm CDT Per a team release, the Mariners have acquired righty Austin Adams from th...

Will the M's beat CLE this year???? Just once????
Edwing HR helps that cause.
Does that mean EEE's homer took flight on the Edwings of Mariner hope?

Re: Minor League Updates

AA Arkansas saw it's first poor outing by Ricardo Sánchez tonight against the Frisco Roughriders. In his sixth game of the season he only got through 4 innings, giving up 9 hits (2 doubles), 1 walk and no strikeouts. He gave up 4 runs, all earned and yet his ERA is still a fine 1 . 75. Travs are dow...

Re: 5/2/19 Game Thread ~ STOP this inskidity, Kikuchi!!!

Actually, despite the loss it wasn't a bad game. KY was great. We held a very good team to one run until the ninth. Nothing to be ashamed about. Haniger needs to pull his head out of wherever it is buried, and Beckham shouldn't have taken the chance at 3B with no outs, but they faced a tough pitche...
