Isn't Trammell a little young to be thinking about freezing his body?

Wait, did they freeze Ted Williams Body?
Well, part of it. https://abcnews.go.com/GMA/story?id=124808&page=1

Based on the 1st read through

France should be somewhere in the top 20 probably closer to 10-11-12 than 19-20 but good add.

Trammell has the tools top 100 for now might be pushed out but no minors but he was hot in ST

Munoz belongs somewhere in the top 30 probably top 20 sounds like he is the closer of the future.

I stand corrected we added 4 to our top 30 maybe even 4 to the top 20 with the Walker return.

My first impression watching France, he looked like a Josh Donaldson at the plate.

Are any of the other 3 technically still prospects? None of them show up on prospect lists that I can find.

I have made no secret of the fact that I am not a Dipoto fan but I don't see there is anyway you can possibly look at this trade and say it was a bad trade. Honestly if all you were getting back was just France, or Just Trammel or just Munoz The trade would look pretty even for what you would expect for Nola in a deadline deal. The fact that they are getting all three is just mind boggling.
And then just take a moment to realize it's coming back essentially for Austin Nola (I mean Adams and Altavilla are your run of the mill bullpen arms), a guy Dipoto picked up off the waiver pile last year. To turn him into what we did and get this return for Nola is just astounding to me.

The 2023 playoff picture is coming into focus
I think JD got Trammell to flip him. France will get the Vogey treatment, every chance to be DH so there really is no need for Trammell. He does not project to be a 4th OF, which we already have plenty of, so sell high to someone that has pitching/middle IF prospects....like Cleveland for a Zach Plesac.
Yeah, I mean seems to me that Trammell is a project right now. Hopefully we get the minor leagues back on track (and as an aside I wonder if any of you can access Baseball America's site to read the news of what MLB has decided regarding the minors, there was some news last week on it but I couldn't access) and we just focus on developing this kid. Him, Deloach, our young pitching... we're going to have an abundance of prospect talent available to move in case we need an elite TOR arm or back-end BP piece.

Trammell was at .375/1.006 in 26 PAs in ST.

I simply said don't look at his numbers in AAA and act like it was a revelation and people seem to want to contradict that for some reason, and to discount by 25 % is such a generic random number. It was a clown league and I don't think you can take anything from it personally.
Well he has a .858 OPS so it seems to be a far better indicator than Arkansas.
He was in SA in the Texas league in 2018 and had a .798 OPS. In the Majors he's been a .736 OPS between 2 seasons.
What he did prior to the 1.247 OPS isn't relevant. He may have figured something out. You still need to make a lot of solid contact to hit .399 regardless of whether you are hitting a dead ball, a juiced ball or a golf ball.

Thats exactly my point though, you can't look at the 1.247 and think it means anything. 20 games this year is too small of a sample size to say that its relevant, especially since last year he wasn't showing that kind of stuff in MLB. 1.247 is clearly the outlier, and being in the PCL is a very likely cause to look at it as an outlier.
