Geno on pace for a 6+ WAR season with a sub .700 OPS. That can't last...
For him and Kelenic, do we have any sense of the pitch types they've been getting? It seems like their pitching staff should have done homework and told pitchers and catchers to throw offpseed stuff.

One other thing to consider; if we are all certain that guys like Kelenic and Geno who are off to stratospheric starts will cool off soon, then the reverse might also be true: some of our guys who are uncharacteristically batting below Mendoza should eventually punch up to their weight classes.

Geno already has and guess JK will cool to about the level he was at last season after his hot start.

Mitch Garver is literally worse than Tommy La Stella
Jorge Polanco is literally worse than Kolten Wong
Luke Raley is literally worse than AJ Pollock

How is this F-ing possible without a Super natural force in play????

Does Stanton realize that had we actually gone after Ohtani, he would have had a huge revenue stream for his pockets?

The Seattle Mariners, where good hitters come to die.

Hey DT, you sound so pessimistic. Weren’t you waxing ebullient about all the added offense?

Seems like a distant memory.
