You've either got balls of steel or you've got balls of jello to take on today's game thread! Good luck!

Well, if I had brains of steel I'd stay clear of magnets..............do those brains come stainless?

I predicted 80-82, so......! Not that I want that.
Re: Please God not sub .500 game thread
Why do they insist on playing their 25th man? Every damn day it makes us worse.
Haniger's out, Santana's out, now Beckham's out..
Judas priest, they pay these bums way too much (even rookies) to give them routine days off. It's a G.D. game they're lucky to play. Bunch of pansies playing nowadays.
Either that or Servais needs to stop putting the team at a daily disadvantage for no reason. Every day with the replacement player that's .150 OPS lower than the guy he's replacing. So dumb.

The M’s continue with their grim reluctance to blow a game open with a key hit.

He needs to rest the regulars in May so they are fresh in Sept for the Pennant race!bpj wrote: ↑Wed May 08, 2019 10:51 pmWhy do they insist on playing their 25th man? Every damn day it makes us worse.

That's why I say you plant a guy there like Ichiro that you never want in the game anyways, but can provide decent defense.
Servais treats this like Little League. I swear I heard him talk about "using everybody" the other day. Turned my stomach.
