I said it in the Pre Season. If we get second half of last year Geno? We are fucked. Right about now? I'd take second half of last year Geno, because I don't remember him looking this bad. I am hoping that seeing what happened to our offense without Kenneth Walker makes these dumb asses realize that we need that kid to win games, and they actually call the plays that work when he is the guy in the backfield. The dude can simply do crazy things in space, so why we want to run him like he is Jerome Bettis is sure beyond me!

Earlier this year I thought, "Tough stretch, but we should be able to go 2-2, maybe 3-1 if we get breaks and some bounces." Now I will be shocked if we don't go 0-4. There's no way even a homer like me can put confidence points on them against Dallas on Thursday. We are a flat fucking tire.

Again, on paper SEA looks pretty good. On the field, not so much. Not coaching to the players' strengths. Hoping to establish the run, keep the passing game conservative, stiff defense, keep it close, eke out a win (usually a field goal). Does SEA not have some of the top receivers in the game? Can't get it to DK? Then use him as a decoy. Lockett literally catches EVERYTHING and Smith-Njigba is a freak in his own right.
The complaint used to be that this team never ran screens because Wilson was too short. So, let's see some screens. And some (jet) sweeps. I agree with aurora, I don't think Geno is as bad as he appears.
I wonder what kind of offense we would see if Waldron was taken off his leash.
Just my thoughts...

You aren't alone. I don't think even the biggest pessimist saw this kind of a regression.maoling wrote: ↑Mon Nov 27, 2023 6:44 pmEarlier this year I thought, "Tough stretch, but we should be able to go 2-2, maybe 3-1 if we get breaks and some bounces." 21st in the NFL in offense
18th in passing and 26th in rushing!?
20th in passing TDs and tied for 13th in most INTs...though I think those numbers could be skewed because there are teams that haven't had a bye yet. Not many, but some.
I was scared we would regress, but that is crazy shit. The run game blows me away. I just can't believe we can't scheme it up any better.
We are 22nd is scoring offense
31st in 3rd down conversion % and 25th in Red Zone conversion %
We are tied for second with 81 penalties with the Cowboys....two behind the Bills.
The defense is 21st in total defense
19th against both the run and pass
Not great stuff right there.

14 seems generous, but my guess is we are closer to 25 after the next three weeks.

Top 10 pick should give us some good QB options...Michael K. wrote: ↑Wed Nov 29, 2023 7:35 pm14 seems generous, but my guess is we are closer to 25 after the next three weeks.
