.... D.J. Fluker pulls a hamstring. Well, he made it to week 5 which is longer than I expected.

Jones was the only O lineman that didn't allow a QB pressure so blessing in disguise imo.

you can complain bout RW hanging on to the ball too long but the fact is the Hawks like to chuck the ball downfield, and to do that the play needs to develop. Its true they give up sacks but on the other hand RW connects, PC like his home runs

Russell Wilson's 40-yard touchdown throw to D.K. Mectalf was the latest example of his deep-ball proficiency. Per ESPN Stats & Information, Wilson's throw traveled 40 air yards. Entering tonight, Wilson had 21 completions of at least 40 air yards over the last five seasons. That's four more than the next closest players in that span: Ben Roethlisberger (17) and Philip Rivers (17).

Exactly. Wilson "holds the ball too long" and puts up incredible stats. 11.7 yards per attempt , 73% comp ,4 TDs 0 INT , 151.8 QB rating and a freaking partridge in a pear tree.

A lot of guys who have gotten huge contracts have failed to live up to it. He has actually somehow made it seem like he is underpaid at the highest paid player in the NFL. Seems weird that they guy that averaged 11.7 yards per attempt got less attempts than our RB got carries.

I would say RW needs to get into the mid 4,000s for passing yardage to win it. Of course if he throws 38 TDs and no INTs he would probably have a good chance.

Probably 40 TDs and -3 INTs.

Interesting notes here:

Jamarco Jones played 65 snaps at right gaurd in place of D.J. Fluker, who left the game with a hamstring injury. Jones told reporters postgame that he'd never played guard in any game at any level, and he performed admirably against Aaron Donald and the Rams talented defensive front. Depending on the severity of Fluker's injury, Jones could be looking at his first career start in Week 6 against the Browns.

- Rasheem Green played 50 snaps last night, second-most of any Seahawks defensive lineman behind only Jadeveon Clowney. His increased role show's the team's growing confidence in its 2018 third-round pick.

- Branden Jackson played just 14 snaps. It's conceivable that first-round pick L.J. Collier could surpass Jackson on the depth chart in the near future. Collier was inactive against the Rams along with second-round pick Marquise Blair. Collier has an easier track to gameday reps than Blair.

I was really excited about Blair. Hopefully he gets playing time soon but Thompson's resurgence makes that less likely I imagine.

that is interesting...there seems to be good depth, more than one might have expected, that is the key to a football season. Yeah not concerned about Collier is practicing, getting ready. Figure there be a time when they need him, its going to be about his being ready
