I don't think Graham ever fully recovered from popping his patellar tendon. He hasn't shown anything with the Packers either has he? It wasn't like he was terrible for the Hawks, he set records for record for the most receptions, receiving yards, and receiving touchdowns by a tight end but he wasn't the same receiver

tendon surgeries the worst impact to for a NFL player's career, not good for Dissy either
The first comprehensive injury database that compares return-to-play rate and performance-based outcomes in NFL players who had orthopaedic surgery has now been released. Nearly 80 percent of the 559 players included in the database returned to play after surgery. Surgery for tendon injuries results in worse career trajectory than with other surgeries

Athletes in the National Football League who underwent patellar tendon repair had worse return-to-play rates, career length after surgery, games played and performance at 1 year and 2 years to 3 years after surgery compared with other injuries, according to study results.

“This study confirms what we had previously suspected in orthopedics, which is that even though the mechanism [of these injuries] seems less severe and they are less gruesome injuries, [these injuries] can actually lead to the most effect on an athlete’s career,” Harry T. Mai, MD, resident physician at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, told Orthopedics Today.
