Damn straight. Good ole supply and demand in free market economy. Same reason it is ridiculous when people complain that pro athletes make more than teachers.

dt BA in Econ UW 1990 :)
Or soldiers, cops and firefighters, I always get a good laugh out of that one. If these guys made, say, even three times what they're presently making would they be just as eager to put their asses on the line? I sure as hell wouldn't be.

Because there are worse QBs making alot more. . And teams took risks on QBs with injuries etc.. It's not fair but he went to a good situation for him.
I think it's going to rejuvenate his career, and all of a sudden Week Two on Sunday Night isn't an automatic W.

Yawn. We are 5-1 against him and he has 5 TDs and 4 picks, 190 yards per with a 77.8 QB rating

You do realize most of those games were against the legion of Boom and not the Legion of first downs. Cam with Belicheat and Joshy boy scares me.

Sure and most of those games we played when Cam was actually good so its probably a wash. Besides, we have "stick em up" Dunbar ready to swipe some passes this time around. ;)

So, why is it iffy? He signed a deal that he was offered, as I said, the market dictated it. Reports say the only other team to even talk to him was Cleveland. You are worth what someone is willing to pay you...that is what teams were willing to pay him. As I said, why is it that the "market dictates the price" only works when these guys are trying to justify HUGE money...but not when they feel slighted? If no one is willing to pay you, that is what you are worth...right?

Once again, market value. If Cam got overpaid, that would be the excuse. He is worth what he was paid...hear that all the time from these guys when they are accused of being over paid. NO ONE WANTED TO PAY HIM. It isn't because everyone thought he would be an MVP and they just decided to screw with him.

And I think Bill is sick of hearing about Tom Terrific and that dickhead Arians. They scare me too. I bet Bill fans are PISSED! :D

Well, let's hope that's all he's good for, but remember, we thought we were going to have our way last year with "washed up" Teddy Bridgeovertroubledwater.

Could be a case collusion by the owners to under pay cross dressers?

The Bengals scored 27 with Andy Dalton.
The Steelers scored 26 and Big Ben missed 2 and a half quarters.
The Saints scored 33 with a Teddy Bear
Just about everyone handled the Rams. They scored 29 and 28 against us.
Baker the Turnover Maker and the Browns scored 28.
Matt effing Schaub put up 20 in two quarters while throwing for almost 500!
Shaemis Winston put up 34
Kyle Allen and the Panthers put up 24 despite all the turnovers
And the Rookie Murray put up 27 in the second game against the Cards.

That doesn't include the two games against the Niners. Other than two games against the Eagles, one with a fifty year old QB and the other in the middle of weather that would make Dorothy want to go home and the first one against the Rookie Murray? The defense got HANDLED.

I would fall short of thinking we are just going to shut teams down. Which makes the rope a dope first halves on offense all the more concerning.
