He does .. a good offensive coordinator implements the HC wishes. Shotty does this to a fault.

sure, that is what i meant, he is implementing the offense PC wants, that is how many times the ball is thrown, I would be surprised if PC is telling Shotty how many times its tossed to DK. If Pete is micromanaging to that extent Shotty should quit, he isn't running anything

Ok let me see if I've got this straight: DK/Lockett eat, Russ cooks, Carson/Hyde/Penny set the table. Schneider buys the groceries, 12s provide the ambience (but not this year), and Pete and the OL supply the heartburn. sounds about right. 8-)
