Falcons fire Dan Quinn, bring him in please.

You can keep Norton as the coordinator just so Pete saves face.

Bring Dan in, change the defense. This cannot continue.

I'll second that. Despite the win, the D was atrocious today. Allowing the Viks to have 5 10+ play drives for the first time since 2004 is totally unacceptable.

I could be wrong, but didn’t they have three scoring drives that started inside their own five or ten yard line? Sorry, that is just flat out unacceptable!

I think a lack of talent was more of an issue there. Not going to pretend I know all about what was going on in Atlanta, but I would think that the success that Dan and Pete have had in the past, and the incredible lack of success we have had since Norton arrived would be enough reason to just give it a shot, at least!

The reason they were able to ascend to the SB was the young defensive talent acquired and coached up by Quinn when for years before that their D had been quite leaky. combined of course with Shanahan's brilliant play-calling (with the exception of the SB 4th quarter). The psyche of the SB meltdown, poaching of Shanahan and slew of defensive injuries (Keanu Neal in particular) were too much to overcome. have to think Quinn would be an improvement on Norton at this point.
