I am waiting on today's injury report. But I have a very bad feeling here....much like I did last week when I pretty much knew we had no chance to beat the Rams.

I have zero feel for this game and the Hawks are scaring the dookie out of me right now. To me this is must-win.

23-20 Hawks

Hawks 42
Cardinals 24

* RW goes OFF for 400 yards, 4 TDs
* Defense gets 4 sacks and 2 turnovers, one of which goes for 6
* Big special teams play - return or block
* Geno Smith gets a couple snaps
* LJ Collier does nothing of note
* SeattleAddict screams at TV "cover somebody!!!" at least 3 times
* After the game, people still nit-pick some decision or other by PC

At 5 and 0 there was damn near non of this. But somehow going 1 and 3 since means there is zero reason to question? Sorry, this shit pisses me off. The pathetic seventeen yard cushion the DBs give is CERTAINLY relevant and if it isn't coaching, then what is it? Punting on 4th and inches? It isn't nitpicking....it is discussing shit that is discussed nationally by people not blinded by Blue and Green glasses and the one ring Pete has.

Carson and Mr. Hyde both were on the practice field yesterday although i still doubt Carson plays. Sounds like Lockett will be a game-time decision. Both Pocic and Fuller are listed as questionable.

Under the assumption that Carson and Lockett are out and Jones is the center....

Good Lord, I am so sick of reading the injury report so I can guess which practice squad guy we are going to be relying on next. Basically we are playing a third string Guard at Center, will more than likely need at least one backup Guard to play Guard, more than likely will see a RB play the majority of the snaps that wouldn't be on the depth chart if Carson, Penny and Hyde could actually play, Lockett and Gordon will be out because one smoked dope and that is worse than beating woman and the other is banged up, both CBs will be guys never projected to start, and we are doing this on short rest against a team that has already beaten us and is tied for first in the Division.

Did I miss anything? I have tired of reading the injury report. We have some guys on this team that you just KNOW are going to miss multiple games and when they are active will miss multiple snaps. I think it is time to clean house. Let someone else worry about if they get hurt putting their pads on in pre game or not.

Yes, injuries are part of the game, and so is moving on from guys that are always in street clothes.

Amazing how we have had one of the most injury plagued teams in the league since Ivan Lewis became the strength coach going into last season. And he'll probably be here as long as Carroll.
