So you guys all want Garapolo? OKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK. Let me know if they make the playoffs next year. It will be a lot harder, and I'm not a current Wilson fan.

He has the same number of Super Bowl losses as Russ too. In 2 years as a starter he has one NFC Championship.

Not too long ago he was like 7 or 8 and 0 as a starter. I didn't buy into the hype like some, but there is a reason he was targeted by the 49ers and why the Pats are rumored to want him back.

Unless Russell divorces Ciara, he's going to be a primadonna. I really wouldn't care to trade him at this point. Getting Bosa and a couple 1sts on top of Jimmy G would be great imo. Would help us build the team depth back up

The difference is Jimmy G is 24-8 as a starter on a team that would be 24-8 with a sack of potatoes as the QB. RW is 23-9 in the past two seasons on a team that would've gone 9-23 with Jimmy G. I honestly don't know if the Seahawks would've won more than 2 or 3 games in '19. This season they might have managed some wins.

NFL team's don't win 75% of their games with a bad QB. He is probably in the 15-20 range like Goff.

Not sure I disagree. The thought of Seattle coached by PC and lead by a different QB? 5, 6 wins a year? The thought of how bad this offense could be is scary.

I didn't say he was a bad QB. When healthy, he is a slightly above average QB. The 49ers were so stacked last year they literally WOULD win 75% of their games with a bad QB, provided the QB wasn't so bad he actually hurt them.

On the flip side, the Seahawks were a steaming pile of ----, save for miracle wins by RW in 2019. This year, the team was so bi-polar, who knows?

The point is, if this trade happened (it won't), it would be the end to the PC era because we'd immediately become a 5 or 6 win team, if that.

Looks like a blockbuster trade involving Russell may actually happen. Nothing new, but this breaks down the possible trade and we get Garapolo and Bosa. Yippee! Does this make us better? Probably not.

Apparently you missed the thread where everyone made fun of this trade proposal and the entire Twitter world was calling Nick Wright a joke?

There's not a snowball's chance in hell that this happens. The proposal is the equivalent to a Somebody's Son trade proposal thread.
Now that's not fair- All the names were spelled correctly. Now I'm here wondering what SS would have done with "Garoppolo." :D

Except for the Jimmy G part and disagreeing with the premise that RW is "going" to be a prima donna (he already is lol), I agree with everything you said!

I don't hate the idea of finding a cash cow deal of players and picks for a 35M quarterback -- who appears to be spending as much time on commercials with Cialis, man-fragrances like Satin Scrotum by Russell, cheesy quotes and shameless self-promotion as he does with finding ways to win in the playoffs.

If this be treason or blasphemy, so be it!
