How do I reply individually to each one who replies to me?. I don’t know how to use this thing yet

Instead of hitting reply, there is a " symbol to the right of the ! symbol. The ! is to "report post", but the " will quote the entire topic you want to reply to. There is also one next to the Underline button on the top tool bar, if you just want to quote something inside your post. That one obviously won't attribute the quote to a specific person though.
