Welp, Huskies hold on and are now bowl eligible. D won the game for the Dawgs while the offense did just the bare minimum.

Wow, this is weird: this is the third time in the last three years the Husky defense has pitched a shutout (tonight, and against Montana and Cal in 2017) but the offense in all three games gave up a defensive touchdown. I say they still count as shutouts.

yeah, D played well tonight, especially the DL improving over its prior play. MK in particular should have appreciated the stretch in 4th Quarter where under coach "Johnny" Smith the OSU QB had completed his last 7 passes - for a total of 18 yards! seriously holding a division opponent without a freakin 1st down in the 2nd half are you kiddin me?

there's even a plus side to another subpar game from Eason - might just knock his stock back to tilt towards returning.

I commented to my buddy about how Lil Johny still loves the sideways pass. How many times was his receiver tackled a few yards short of the sticks after the catch?
