Top 5 offense in the country. Guessing he might consider and OC job in a power 5 conference and at least a doubling of his current salary.

probably consider it but probably be looking at other offers as well...You know he has some baggage, why he was at UCF. If he is rehabilitated he could be looking at HC jobs I would think

He has been an OC for 5 months. I would think he would need a couple years in that role be HC options open up.

Doesn't say which role. We should nab him. We need to get out of the Bush leagues.

probably should...

they went to Kieth Barefield for an opinion
“Jeff Lebby is totally capable of doing an outstanding job for the University of Tennessee,” Barefield told Vols Wire. “I do not see anything that would hold him back with whatever position and responsibility he would be given there.

“He would do a tremendous job as a great offensive mind. He can diagnose, make changes on the fly and knows what adjustments to make. The thing that I like about him is that he is aggressive, he is not shy and does not mind making the call in the right situation to make a difference in how the game is going to turn out.”

Barefield also discussed Lebby being on Tennessee’s radar during the search.

“Lebby is going to be on a lot of people’s radar in the future,” he said. “He has a great talent and is getting more and more recognized and is going to make a name for himself. I think the University of Tennessee will do themselves well if they have him as an offensive coach and whatever responsibility they look to give him.”

So, can UW out-bid Tennessee? I would think, all things being equal, he would rather be out here. That is, unless he doesn't like being surrounded on all sides by leftist nutjobs.

really?...would think Tennessee be the more interesting, storied program, in the SEC. If i was looking for a springboard to another position, like HC, think i would look Tennessee, more exposure
