BIG ranked # 19 knocked down by Cinderella Cougs

Post by Pharmabro » Sun Sep 10, 2023 3:30 am

In the game they discussed some of the goings on off the field of play. PAC 2. Etc,,,

But on the field of play Cam Ward and the Cougs knocked off the Badgers 31-22.

Other good news Texas beat Bama.

Colorado is 2-0 and Coach Prime and his QB son look legit. Beating runner up TCU BIG 12 and Nebraska BIG conf.
UW rolls Tulsa
Utah beats Baylor BIG 12
Oregon beats Texas Tech (RIP Mike Leach)

Too bad the conference has not been as competitive as this since USC and Pete were a thing.

What i'd like to know is was BIGGIE Smalls in attendance? Rumor has it that he and the actor who played Screech on Saved by the Bell were both seen in the stands at Martin Stadium.

They beat them later year in Wisconsin so I am not sure why they weren't given a shot this year at home. Cougs make it into the top 25 in the AP poll. 8 pack 12 teams in the topn 25. I am pretty sure that's never happened before.

They acted like they were already a second tier Mountain West team and they miraculously knocked off a Big 10 powerhouse that was ranked in the top 5 in the country. So bizarre....

"Washington State, Oregon State take legal action to decide Pac-12’s fate"

Last I checked, there were eight Pac-12 teams ranked in the top 25. One must wonder how someone could kill off the Goose that lays golden eggs by scheduling football games at 8PM on the West Coast. I'm gonna miss the Pac-12.

Yeah, I have a ton of buddies that are fans, ex-alums, or current students. They are SUPER pissed. So every win is going to be celebrated like it's a Championship I'm afraid.

They should be pissed at the B10 for not inviting them not for the teams that left which was the only logical choice...

LOL. I get it, I'd be mad too. But the anger is directed in the wrong direction. USC, UCLA and Colorado all left before anyone else. The Conference was dead. Oregon and Washington leave, and all I see and hear from Cougars is how pissed they are at the Huskies. As if they should have stayed in the Pac 8? Besides, once Oregon left, and maybe even if they didn't, Utah was leaving, and more than likely both AZ schools. It made no sense to stay.

I am not saying you are one of those Cougs directing all your ire at the Dawgs, but there are a lot of them.
