I'm sure he's an absolute legend at Florida since he never played a down of football in his life. I'm sure the math club and the Glee club talk about him to this day though. Lol

Not sure that matters really. It's his alma mater.

I know it is but do you think there is a single soul still there from when he was there that would even remember him. What is he going to do hold up his diploma during the intro presser and have everyone cheer that he has proof that he went there?

Spurrier was a star QB there and Harbaugh a QB at Michigan so I get it but I just can't fathom he has a burning desire to go back to freakin Gainesville Florida especially since they have sucked for years. If he does you can tell me I told you so.

The guy has been a HC exactly once, turned a program around and turned it into a better job. You people act like a guy leaving a job as a WR coach is somehow a big deal.

btw I was wrong about him not having Florida football ties. He was a GA for 2 seasons at the turn of the century. I am sure he has had a blazing fire in his loins for the past 25 years to get back to that magical time with his Alma Mater.....
