Huskies vs Rainblow Warriors game thread

Post by Sibelius Hindemith » Sat Sep 14, 2019 11:58 pm

It's nice to see Puka Nacua out there after the shit show last week with dropped passes.

I have to ask the same question i asked last Saturday though. Where the fvck is Richard Newton?

I get Cal defense is good but where the hell was this offense last week? I feel like they were hardly trying anything deep last week

Odd game. Huskies score the first 38, Warriors score the next 20, Huskies score the next 14. I say stick another TD on them for getting belligerent there.

Pretty sad that the Huskies can't impose their will in the run game. That's why they just aren't in the upper echelon of college football teams.

They had 31 carries for 190 yards 6.1 yards per carry and and 4 td's. What would it take for you to consider it imposing their will?

Pretty much the only thing they did was run that little intermediate range slant. I am not sure why but the safeties were playing way deep and our linebackers were crowding the line and we didn't really adjust to it very well.
