Who's offended? What are you supposed to call it when an old person thinks they know more than a young person simply because they're older. I think it's even worse online when you're assuming the age of the other person. I may be young, but I'm closer to 60 than I am to 20.

Grandma never makes any points. There is never any intellectual breakdown of a topic. There's just bland, generic comments in support of Trump and not much else. Why she thinks that has anything do with age is beyond me. I'm not sensitive about it. You should be able to tell by my tone that I don't care. Anyways, glad we killed the ISIS guy!

HA! "Fluff". That's a good word
to describe my writings!
I call it opinions. And we are
free to use them here.
Go pick on someone who's your
size. I'll do just fine Daniel.
Wait until you have some years
on you. Maybe then you'll
understand. Old people aren't
idiots. But sometimes I wonder
about you. Haven't you got
better things to do?
You do realize how ageist you're being, right? Perhaps you would have a leg to stand on if you ever once made a post with some substance. This is a perfect example of fluff. And pick on someone my own size? You created this thread with your instant pivot away from the topic. Get over yourself Grandma!
I think I'll just get over YOU!
I don't think you understand
anything I say, frankly I don't
care anymore.
Please don't strain yourself
trying to understand me.
And I'll do the same with you.

I'm not looking for "points" Daniel.
As for thinking an older person knows
more than a younger one, not true
as far as knew inventions crop up.
Who do they look to for answer?
Their grandson, or some other young
person.
Us old people do know more about
days before you were born. You have
to admit that.
I will mention Trump when it's called
for. Heck I was a Democrat most my
life until after I voted for Clinton.
Give me a break. If the Democratic
party becomes democratic again, I
might go back to it. So there!!

DV, personal attacks are not allowed on this site. I honestly can't believe you are personally attacking an elderly woman. WTF is wrong with you?

Yeah I'm going to delete posts when you hurl personal attacks at elderly women or anyone else. It's not that difficult to understand.

Yeah I'm going to delete posts when you hurl personal attacks at elderly women or anyone else. It's not that difficult to understand.
It's not that bad tho. I can
take it. I wouldn't delete them
as they are just a guy letting
off steam.
I know who I am, know I'm
not so old as I don't know what
I'm saying, etc.
So just let it go, hey, maybe
it's good for me to argue with
a person like him.

Thanks for the input GL but I am not going to allow personal attacks. He can disagree with you all day long but insults are not productive and create a negative vibe that makes forums a depressing place to interact imo.
