She's absolutely right. Maybe if more black people speak up they'll actually do something about it.

The more money you have, the more drugs you can do! I think about 95% of the homeless are addicts. But, I think probably 99% of addicts have homes.

If the drug addicts will not accept
help, you have to let them go. You
can't drive yourself crazy trying over
and over to help them.
Yes, they probably have good homes
they came from.
A 30 day program isn't enough time
for them to get loose from drugs.
So out they go, same friends, same
drugs! And don't forget the stealing
that goes on.
