The "new" PUP list is actually ok in traing camp. It basically gives the reason a guy ain't practicing in camp. Any time they want to activate him they can. Now if you get on it for t he season you must miss 4 weeks.

It is funny to hear the announcers yapping about the bullpen being light; that is 100% the Mariners FO office and Dandy Dan's fault for not allowing pitchers to throw 110ish pitches to get deeper in a game. The further the starter goes, the less the bullpen is needed..... I know it is basic baseball...
