While Dan is a guy you would like to have as a neighbor he may not be the "guy" to lead us. I sense a lack of discipline in all phases of the game.

The biggest thing I notice about Cal and Julio is that they pull their head off the ball like a golfer overswinging. Just too in love with the dinger imo.

I remember watching the initial Sonics while attending the UDUB. Rule, Meschery, Hazzard, etc. I also remembering running in to them at the old Checkmate Tavern on Westlake I believe (60's) . It was one of their post game hang outs.

Noticing that Jose Ferrer is getting shelled in ST. Hope he's exprimenting and the hitters know it. He's pretty critical to rounding out the back end of the pen.

Just thinking out loud but how special would it be to hit the trifecta: 1. Donovan plays to his potential. 2. At some point in the season Emerson does the same and 3. Laz comes up in September and seizes the DH.
