Re: Poll: Who will be at 2B and 3B on OD
Just thinking out loud but how special would it be to hit the trifecta: 1. Donovan plays to his potential. 2. At some point in the season Emerson does the same and 3. Laz comes up in September and seizes the DH.

Re: Reds sign Eugenio Suarez
Perhaps what the problem really is a lack of plate discipline when you need to give yourself up. We left a lot of guys on third with less than two outs when essentially all we needed to do was put the ball in play. Oversimplification but they are pros.

Re: The official Hot Stove League Thread 2025-26 Offseason
It's not like the three J's aren't aware. I hope I'm wrong but my gut tells me they are going to cross their fingers and wait until the trade deadline again. I think that's a huge risk. Makes you wonder what Naylor is thinking about now.

Re: Salk carrying water for the M's again
Kind of a shame the other contenders have looked to improve while we seem to be running in place at best. Spring Training tickets appear to be more expensive as the M's try to cash in. The thing that is so frustrating is that there are still some options out there if we are willing to pay the price.

Re: 2026 Prospects Thread
Kind of stupid for the 3 J’s to just sit there and try to get away with a steal with bats out there that are probably going to get picked off by other competitors. You win with performance and lose with potential. We’ve got a small window for the ring and shouldn’t blow it due to greed ? Greed on o...

Re: The official Hot Stove League Thread 2025-26 Offseason
I can't decide if the Dodgers are the problem, or if them and the Mets are just trying harder than everyone else. I know I wouldn't complain if the Mariners threw their money around (as long as they kept throwing it around and didnt stop after re-signing Ichiro to a big contract, or Cano to a big c...

M's sign Zulueta. Dodgers sign Tucker. Kind of tells the story doesn't it.

Re: Poll regarding our INF
You'd think Stanton would come to the realization that he has more money than time left and commit to going after the ring. There are still some difference makers out there and if we don't pick one off I'm pretty sure LA and Toronto still will along with the rest of the deep enders.

Re: Poll regarding our INF
Thinking we still are short a solid hitter L would think we could trade prospects for Yandy and let him DH.
