Re: No ROOT Sports this year
I pay $120/month for internet and cable including ROOT....$50 for internet and $70. Honestly, it is easy and I don't have to think about it. Yes, it is $1440 a year, but I get tons of enjoyment from watching my sports and I get tons of ideas from college basketball to bring to my coaching. Where ar...

Re: Former Mariners tracker
JKs OPS is at .658 after striking out in a PH appearance. I predicted a .657 OPS but clearly that was too high. Braves doing him no favor platooning him. He has no chance of getting on track sitting once every 3 games. Duvall, his platoon partner, also sucks so I bet the Braves trade for a bat for ...

Re: No ROOT Sports this year
Comcast just dropped Bally Sports all together nation wide. 12 teams affected. Can't even get them on a premium package. Things are about to hit the fan. I suspect MLB broadcast distribution will look quite a bit diferent in the next couple of years.

You know what else generates revenue? Winning teams with big name stars. The M's drew over 3 Million fans playing in a concrete pimple in the late 90's. people would rather watch good baseball in a crappy facility than watch crappy baseball in a palace full of bells and whistles.

QB 5
RB 6
WR 9
TE 5
OL 5
DL 6
LB 4
CB 6
S 4
ST 6

Re: Jerry
Here is an idea. How about instead of breaking them up you spend some dang money so you can win a world series before they walk. Otherwise you will just be the Oakland A's. Constantly rebuilding and never really being good enough to win it all. Hahahahahahaha. Bro. I am ALL for spending lavishly in...

Re: Early trade candidates
I like Parades. A lot. But you're right that we would be diluting our starting pitching to land him, especially since he has about 3 more years before he is a UFA. That would make Rojas an IF utility guy which is fine. He's everything I was hoping Toro would be, but was not. I don't think we have e...

Re: The Unanimous HOF question
I feel that was more of an old school way of thinking and those guys have mostly cycled out of the voting ranks. I think you will see a lot of guys being unanimous moving forward.

Re: Jerry
Kirby and Gilbert are already top of the rotation guys right now.
