I saw Al Cowens smoking in the Dugout in the early 80s. Died about 20 years later. I am thankful Cigs never did anything for me. btw my X account got jacked and when I try to reset my password the code gets sent to the hackers email account so I am fucked. Lost a lot of respect for Elon.. Just insa...

Re: Julio

He needs to chase less and walk more. The way they pitch him, his walk totals should be closer to 100 per year.

Re: After the loss is all said and done game thread - 2.28.26

Hancock looked good as well But what he’s shown so far this spring has been a marriage of the 2023 velo with the 2024-2025 movement. It’s a promising development for a guy whose fastball is coming in harder, and whose sweeper was getting all the praise from Jerry Dipoto on the broadcast. To be sure...

I have a feeling this is his year. Jason Ruffcorn will rise like a Phoenix from the pile to smite the Mariners' enemies.

Re: Colt: ROI PPI or an extra year of control

When he got sleepy like a little boy at his first slumber part once the clock struck midnight and it was 3 hours past his bedtime. Can't make this shit up. I guess spewing propaganda is primary responsibility since Jerry doesn't let him make trades. This is why I'm not following spring traini...

Re: Colt: ROI PPI or an extra year of control

Hollander on Young, oh, it's on! “He’s moving better, he’s throwing better, and I think you’ll see him be able to maintain consistent bat speed, (a) consistent approach, and get to some pitches that he maybe didn’t get to at the end of last season when he was tired and kind of the league had expose...

Re: Colt: ROI PPI or an extra year of control

I haven't seen the word "glazing" used in this context before. I assume it's Gen-Z speak for "arguing for" or "rooting for", something like that. Or maybe the idea is that the "glaze" means to look at a thing in the most positive way possible, kind of like how people would use filters on their inst...

Mairon De La Rosa and Eudi Yuten? Are we still in the process of securing these two Dominican prospects?

...
They are the 2027 signings, so next January.
