I don't remember Don James getting super impressive requiting classes, i think that stuff gets overrated
Case in point, Eason was a five star that flamed out at Georgia. Also Peterson's BSU teams that routinely beat ranked opponents were obviously never highly rated...

I also don't think you really get that much for him, sure he has all that control but right off the bat you eliminate half the teams in the NL, and there are not a lot of AL teams looking for a DH, see EE Yep. He belongs here. btw we are now kickin ass in the Vogey for Monty trade. 2.1 WAR to -0.2!...

Re: Poll: which local team are you most bullish on?

Husky recruiting in both basketball and football is currently at a very high level (top 10 nationally). The Seahawks seem to be re-tooling and powering up for a second run. The Mariners have a decent amount of high ceiling prospects in their farm system now. Where did you see this I went to a ranki...

Husky hoops for me. Two top 10 recruits coming in with the one of the best coaches and systems in the country. Just wish Nowell would have stayed one more year but what are ya gonna do........

Maybe it's time to actually hope/wish that this team can be sold to another more deserving and a higher baseball IQ ownership group that would stay in Seattle.

I for one wouldn't shed a tear if this team moved out of Seattle.

Not even arb eligible until 2022, not FA eligible until 2025 Rare combo of patience and power Perfect DH that can back up at 1B No reason to think it isn't sustainable given his history in the minors Fan Favorite and a reason to come to the park and watch on TV At some point you need to stop trading...

Re: Interesting trade from sodomojo

The article mentioned Santana and Narvaez as potential trade bait. Just chill Jerry. These are solid pieces to a rebuild. And the fans need to have someone they recognize to cheer for. the guys shtick is coming up with trades, that is why the column is called a trade a day, everybody is going to be...
