Against the McCarthy-led Packers. Awesome play.
Quick history lesson: Ryan was the Packers punter from 2006 to 2008, until coach Mike McCarthy cut him.

Re: The Story of John Titor
If you're into time travel, you should check out the short film, Le Jette. Brilliant movie, french new wave, 1962, it's only 28 minutes long, done mostly with still pictures. The movie 12 monkeys is based on it https://youtu.be/QeTdW6IrwIw Thanks for the recommendation, Donn, I finally had a chance...

Re: Hawks sign a guard
For me, the McDowell selection was a calculated one. And it was probably at Pete's request. That said, I also believe that the ATV accident changed McDowell as a person. He wasn't the sharpest knife in the drawer to begin with, but he was in a much worse place after that accident. Just my opinion.

Re: New Sherriff in town
He would be aggressive at weird times, and conservative at weird times. So true. Challenge the calls that had no chance of being overturned, and not challenge the ones that were blatant. In addition to time clock mismanagement and a complete unwillingness to adapt, of course. I've mentioned this be...

Extra dumb, coming from a guy who was in charge of everything football and being paid millions to do so. That quote proves how clueless he had become.Michael K. wrote: ↑Fri Apr 12, 2024 2:17 pm“We had a good game plan if they had just run the ball”. He said some dumb shit in his time here…not much dumber than that.

Re: New Sherriff in town
I also enjoyed how PC revealed his game plan to the entire world before that matchup against DAL. 'We're going to run the ball'. And that's exactly what he tried to do. But not only did he tell everyone what he was planning to do, he made no game time adjustments to compensate for the team's actual ...

I guess that's why the basketball hoop is gone.

Re: New Sherriff in town
All coaches have a shelf life, but Pete just lost his way. The sunshine-and-rainbows approach got really old, and his refusal to adapt was glaringly obvious. He literally worked his way out of a job.

Re: Not rebuilding this year per JS
The basketball hoop inside the auditorium at Seahawks headquarters — a fixture during the Pete Carroll era and perhaps the VMAC’s most prominent symbol of it — is gone. A new day in Renton under new coach Mike Macdonald.

Re: Not rebuilding this year per JS
We can thank Jody. Because this team certainly didn't reach its potential this season, especially on defense. I also appreciate that they chose to forgo familiarity (ie. Dan Quinn).
New coach, fresh approach.
