It was for the best. He wasn't the future and seemed incapable of elevating his game. I think SEA is better off moving forward without him.

You're probably right. Kevin McHale was also pretty awful.

And although Mike Milbury wasn't a 'great' NHL player, he sure was an awful GM in New York.
