Re: The end of a Vogey?
He started the round last year with birdies and pars. Now he's Bogey Vogey.

Re: Best Cop Show
In the Heat of the Night was great. Blue Bloods rocked. NYPD Blue had some excellent sequences and people. I didn't hate the old Five-O. Dragnet blew. Ultraman. Mannix springs to mind. Pig... thank you for wearing a mask into the tight confines of this forum. At least we don't have to call a cop on...

Re: Tankathon is on!
How would you do that without losing cardboard cutout fans in the stands?DavidGee24 wrote: ↑Sat Aug 08, 2020 6:03 pm
That said, it would be so awesome if the organization announced that it was tanking the season just to piss everyone else off, especially every time they lose a game. Seriously, DO IT.

Re: Roll the Rocks game thread
Thank you Rocky C. and David Gee. So even though Mr. Colavito played essentially 163 games only 162 counted. Other than stats. That could have never happened if Scott Servais was their manager. He would have rested Rocky after 10 games.

Re: Roll the Rocks game thread
Okay Rocky C., I just discovered a curious item about Rocky Colavito. And you're the guy to ask about it. Baseball Reference shows that he was in 163 games in 1961. Huh? Regular season stats and there were no playoffs then and that team finished alone in 2nd place behind the Yankees. Am I overlookin...

Good one! And he was a fan of the Seahawks in 1970 when Jim Zorn was 17 years old.D-train wrote: ↑Fri Aug 07, 2020 12:19 amWell if he has been a fan since 1972 then he endured 5 zero win seasons so this should be nothing.

Tweet of the day: Just Walter @JustWalter5 Replying to @Mariners That seals the deal. I am no longer a Mariners fan. I’ve been a fan since 1972 and a season ticket holder since 1976. I officially will not be renewing my plan next season nor will I watch on tv ever again. He's now a free man. A 2 ga...
