Miller still gives you a better chance than Hancock, Evans, or anyone else in the Tacoma starter group.

Not based on anything Miller’s has done since April

Miller hasn’t had a quality start all year. I would have moved him to the bullpen and started Hancock who has 5 quality starts and multiple shorter outings with less than 3 runs

Don’t really trust Miller. He seems to struggle to put batters away, and players just tee up off him.
