Re: 1/4 way into the season…Draft needs
It sure we can just assume we don’t have our backup QB figured out. Howell is probably just fine in that role, and he is still young. But QB of the future might be the issue.

Re: Friday night in New Jersey Game thread
My issue isn’t will be get a clue how to coach or will these guys learn to play together. Sure, those things might happen But Fisch is always going to be the douche bag that tried to cover his own ineptitude by blaming the kids.

Re: Friday night in New Jersey Game thread
I'd be fine with 3 and 2. Never fine with blaming the kids for the dogshit I'm seeing. Speed Option to the short side of the field was asinine. He doubled down by admitting that was there "gotta have it play" and then blames execution. Horrible discipline, questionable at best substitution patterns ...

Re: GT Wazzu vs Boise St.
Yeah, CP tried to argue with Brock about the 4th down call in the Cup too. Brock won that debate. CP's decisions on offense annoyed me. Going WC with your third string tailback three times against Oregon? When Eason was having a great game? That pissed me off. But I don't remember him blaming kids, ...

Re: GT Wazzu vs Boise St.
Okay, I didn't put that clearly. I thought we were talking about using the UW gig as a stepping stone. I meant If he's dreaming of moving on to the NFL or SEC he better concentrate on winning where he's at I’m telling you, it will be overlooked. Someone will be looking for a coach, because theirs l...

Re: Postmortem - Seattle v Motor City
Agreed. Again, for the first time in years it looked like we actually gameplanned based on the team we were playing, and didn’t just show up and say “this is what we do, so we are doing it again”.

Re: GT Wazzu vs Boise St.
If Fisch is interested in coaching someplace else this isn't the way to go about it Someone will look at the fact that he built up Arizona and place more weight on that than the fact that he tore down Washington. He'll land on his feet...most coaches do. Look at Calipari in hoops? Leaves UMASS in s...

Re: Friday night in New Jersey Game thread
Yeah, Michigan at home on Saturday. I have Luke Combs tickets, and that is probably a good thing. Michigan has a lot of doubters, and I don't think they like us very much, so we aren't the only team with something to prove. Besides, how did having a lot of negativity and doubters work for us heading...

Re: Postmortem - Seattle v Motor City
Geno was really moving around in the pocket as well. The Lions pressured the shit out of him, and he was able to elude and make throws down field. He played a hell of a ball game. Again, really nothing to hang our heads about. I see us trouncing the G Men next week.
