Play To Earn EFT Crypto Battle Card Game

I don't know which side of Washington State's gambling laws this would ride on. But is anyone familiar with Play to Earn (P2E) crypto? It appears to be something like Magic the Gathering, but the crypto version. Out of all of the NFTs out there this one interests me most if this is the case. Maybe I'm a bigger nerd than I realize.
