Thought I would start a thread on movie and series recommendations.
I recently watched Gray Man with Ryan Gosling. It wasn't too bad.
Tuner - decent film about a piano tuner who becomes a safecracker.
Just finished a few series as well...
Unfamiliar - spy espionage type show, well done. 6 episodes. Subtitles.
The Chestnut Man - fantastic series. Danish (subtitles). Very well done. Two detectives trying to find a missing girl.
Task - Mark Ruffalo plays the lead role as an FBI agent investigating a string of robberies.
Suggestions?

Re: Series/movies worth watching
Great idea on starting this thread.
My wife and I just finished (for the 3rd time) Landman;
Good show on Paramount +. I don't even know how to describe it, but it's certainly worth watching.
In my office during the day I usually have Supernatural running. There are 15 seasons and I find it amusing.

Re: Series/movies worth watching
Thanks, man.
I do enjoy Landman.
I also enjoyed the first couple of seasons of Tulsa King, and then the third season was just so... underwhelming.
Another really great series was Quarry. It was only one season, and it was set in the 70s. Very good.
But out of all the stuff I've watched, I still consider the first season of True Detective to be the best.
