What about the guy that made like two errors in a game he struck out three times, then almost ran the GM over with his bicycle leaving the stadium? Eric Byrnes? About three days later he was sponsoring a men's slow pitch team!

45 years of watching baseball and that was the only time I have ever seen an aborted suicide squeeze. He basically invented the Homicide Squeeze.

Byrnes seems like a pretty cool guy. Wouldn't call him a freak or whack job, maybe a weirdo but i doubt it.
