Count me in that group as well. However, I'm all in as for whatever it takes to sign Correa. And that crazy ass contract hasn't even come in yet.D-train wrote: ↑Thu Dec 08, 2022 7:16 pmYep one day people will quit falling for the BS but that end isn't in site from what I can tell on twitter. 30% of people in Salk's poll said they wouldn't want a the M's to have done a single one of the FA deals that have been done so far.Coeurd’Alene J wrote: ↑Thu Dec 08, 2022 7:12 pmThe Ohatani bs is just kicking the cheap can down the street and can easily be explained away next year when they lose out in the sweepstakes![]()

Saw some stuff about San Diego possibly trying to cut some payroll and Snell to the M's brought up. I'd be pretty damn excited if he was our 5th starter. Sodo mojo has a ridiculous article up about getting Tatis and what it would cost. I would be fairly curious if he really could possibly be had tho. When you look at all the monster contracts they already have and the fact that he's in their doghouse, kinda makes you wonder if there is a slight chance to try and do it. Would be a hell of a get for our team. Nice to dream of a lineup that has Tatis and Julio in it.

How were the Ms runner up?Vogelbomb wrote: ↑Thu Dec 08, 2022 6:23 pmIt's not actually. Ohtani's preference is the west coast, and west coast teams competing for titles. It's really down to three clubs next year: Padres, Giants and Mariners. I do think he likes the Seattle market given how similar it is to Japan. Remember, too, the M's were runner-up to LAA when he first signed.
