And they get Pujols off the books next year too. Our division is going to be a nightmare.Petert wrote: ↑Fri Oct 25, 2019 2:04 am...and Artie has just fired the first shot across the bow, regarding Cole...

I don't think that means the Angels are going to have this big improvement anytime soon. Getting Felix off the books doesn't automatically turn the Mariners into an overnight success story and I can't really see anything about the Angel organization that's going to turn them around either unless their GM pulls a Gillick.
Astros decline is already begun. And that exacerbated it tremendously by messing with Karma. They're toast.DavidGee24 wrote: ↑Fri Oct 25, 2019 4:56 pmI don't think that means the Angels are going to have this big improvement anytime soon. As for the Rangers, I don't see it with them either, they've got a couple good starting pitchers and that's really about it.
The A's will just keep doing what they're doing but some years it will result in success and some years it won't.
The Astros probably have another two to three years at the level they're at and then we'll see if they can maintain it.
