I kinda had a feeling this team was gonna let us down som how and it sure is badly. Such an ugly stretch at the wrong time. Just continuing to let thier fan Base down.

Good thing we got cheap replacements coming up the pipeline. As far as offseason targets go I'm not so sure the first 2 would be Ohtani/Alonso/Bellinger & then Hader. Dude is lights out. I know you shouldn't go big on relievers but honestly when was the last time we had a dominant closer, seriously. Not like there's any coming up.

I just can’t see them paying any big dollar. They spent the small amount of budget they have on extensions and 1 free agent. Money is done and spent. Julio, Ray, Luis, and Jp. Just don’t believe they will spend. It will be a trade on an expiring contract like they always do.

Truly a disaster of a bullpen.

I know you should never spend big dollars on closers but good God, how many times do we have to watch Munoz get shelled, usually with a 1 run lead. Going 3 years on Bellinger when he's put up better overall numbers then France over the course of his career is well worth it. He has France beat in every major statistical category this year, despite playing in fewer games. I know they don't like committing long term either but 3 years with an option is not long term. Just long enough for Locklear to make his way up, no rush.

What a Krap performance.

Wonder how Sewald is doing?

This is all on Jerry.....if you are even remotely in a playoff run you want bull pen guys to lengthen the games, so Jerry thinks let's trade from strength and make it a weakness. Remember Munoz had just got off a DL stint and barely had time to be back pitching, when they trade Sewald. Rojas was barely playing for the Dbacks.... you can't tell me he was going to be that hard to get.
