Thanks, Ziskmagic. “Cocktails” are indeed offered in certain bars here, except they’re like a revisit of the 1970s/90s, ie Pina Coladas, Mojitos, etc. Everything else is straight Irish whiskey, with a quite a lot of discrete variation. No ryes (or bourbons) naturally, being an American variety.

If I were to open a bartending school here, it’d be a long time in becoming profitable. However, I’d be willing to share openly what I’ve done with any of the forum.
