It's a good low-risk signing that allows them to send Clase back down to AAA, which is where he needs to be. Robles is an elite defensive outfielder and a good runner and that's what he'll do here. Maybe the bat will come around to some extent, which would be great, but if not the player didn't cost you anything so who cares.

Still don't know why we're carrying 8 relievers. They never let Snead pitch (rightfully so). I mean all of his innings could easily be given to Baumann or Saucedo or the SPs as I've asked for a decade it feels like.
