Here is Walker's spits at T-Mobile

https://www.baseball-reference.com/tool ... yer_split1

Small sample size but at least it provides some optimism that he can hit here.
Walker take over at 1B or is he more platoon type?

He has better splits against righties than lefties. However, both are very solid.

He's won the NL Gold Glove the last 2 seasons.

We must be a pretty impressive team that we dont need a guy like Brian Anderson, but he's good enough to be on the Braves...

But we REALLY NEED Seby fucking Zavala! Loved this line in the Times this morning. The team OBSESSED with handedness, doesn't have a LH PH available because we are still rostering Zavala for no fucking reason.
The Mariners did not have a left-handed hitter available on the bench to pinch hit in that situation.

After continually watching this dogshit offense each night...

Just trade for Robert.

He has his flaws... strikes out a lot, doesn't walk... but he's just 26, somewhat cheap financially, and entering his prime.

I can't watch Canzone and Haniger take any more AB's from the OF... Robert, Julio, Raley is a great OF.

Yep. I am in on him as well...I hope they pull the trigger soon so we get him for 3+ months instead of only 2. Pay a bit more. Who cares.

What's funny is that Robert is a WAYYY better Adam Jones. Yet M's fans bitch and cry all of the time for the M's trading him away and bemoan possibly adding Robert.
