Its probably a little early to be judging Rays return, hes had some terrible moments but also some decent
Robbie Ray took the mound before first-pitch reportedly “feeling good” after his pre-game routine. That feeling didn’t last long. Ray hit the first two batters he faced. After a strikeout to Marcell Ozuna, he loaded the bases with another walk and handed the Braves their first run with his fourth base on balls in five batters.

We’ve seen this before from Ray.

During the first inning of his first start of the year, Ray plunked two and walked two Dodgers for a free run. But the southpaw quickly recovered, eventually striking 8 over five hitless innings in an 8-3 win for the Giants.

Please, the mariners have been characterized as among MLB most aggresive teams at the deadline and they have fallen flat on their faces, adding Rooker changes all that? Terms of the future we are firing everybody, let the new addministration build their roster
When they made the decision they didn't know they were going to fall flat on their face so that is total hindsight and maybe they wouldn't have, we shall never know. What we do know is they prospect hugged (Prospects that all have some sort of flaw) and they did fall flat on their face and now need to suffer the consequences.
You are talking about a "decision". I don't think there was one. Rooker and Vlad weren't moved (period).

The M's have the players to compete look at
Julio
Cal
Jorge
Randy
TY
Raley
Garver
Hanniger
Rojas
JP

(Pitching  )

We talked about Jazz at the deadline and we will now get to see him.

In 35 games as a Yank, he is at:
.301 .359 .541 .900 150 OPS+ with 13/15 SB, 9 HR in 35 games. #'s X4 for full season puts him into 30-40 HR, and 50 to maybe 60 SB pace.

I think the main bitch about him was, "he is an asshole". Boone doesn't Fk around with BS. See the reaction to Gleybar strutting out of the box on a for sure double that cost the Yanks a run and he was benched. The Yanks, with Judge, Soto, Stanton, Cole, might just have the swag to push Jazz into gushing lil brother trying to impress his idols. The M's may not have been able to represent in this way so you never know about the performance.

But I imagine that Jazz would have been a huge upgrade at 3B vs Rojas.

As mariners:
Robles 156 OPS+
Jazz 150 OPS+
Raley 129 OPS+
Randy 125 OPS+
JT 115 OPS+
Julio 109 OPS+
Moore 106 OPS+
Then a bunch of 85 to 96 OPS+ dudes Mitch's, Urias, JP, Rojas, Jorge, Rivas, (Bliss 101)

Jazz vs Rojas 900 OPS vs 591 in less games 9 HR and 13 SB vs 3HR and 4 SB

Don't know about Chisholm being considered an asshole. He's been labeled overrated
he 26-year-old Bahamian player has long been an intriguing fan favorite over the past few seasons. His personality is the antithesis of Chicago’s Tommy Pham, another possible outfielder connected to the Royals in trade rumors. Is Chisholm worth acquiring, and what could a trade package look like?
Wouldn't that be the opposite of asshole?
