Here is a possible scenario...

Seattle
2-1 Vs NY
2-1 Vs Tex
2-1 Vs Hou
2-1 Vs Oak
Final Record 85-77

Minnesota
1-3 Vs. Cle
1-2 Vs. Bos
2-1 Vs. Mia
1-2 Vs Bal
Final Record 84-76

Detroit
1-2 Vs KC
1-2 Vs Bal
2-1 Vs TB
3-0 Vs Chi
Final Record 84-76

Can't afford to lose any more series and if they could get a sweep mixed in would really help a ton.

85 wins? I recall someone predicting that for his 2nd prediction title in 2 years......Hmmm, wonder who that might be.

Not only do we have to worry shot the twins, but we have to worry about Detroit, who has the tiebreaker and are playing well lately. Not sure if 8-4 cuts it. Probably need 9-3

The Tigers are playing great ball, they have a really good young team.

The AL Central is transforming into an excellent division.

The most worrisome thing about Detroit is they close out the season against the White Sox. You don't want to go into that last series counting on them to lose for you to make the playoffs.

4 back of the Stros.

Padres park was electric... will be tough to win games there.

Win 2 of 3... could find ourselves 2-3 back entering the weekend.

This series with NY is doubly important because they have a 3 game lead on Baltimore. Both Minnesota and Detroit have series coming up with Baltimore and we want them to be playing for something rather than resting starters and trying to set up their rotation for the playoffs. If we can take this series with New York and Baltimore picks up a game or two on them, it will ensure that Baltimore is going all out trying to beat Minnesota and Detroit.
