Moot point now, but I had to change mine once it was pointed out that Big Maple also had .700. I dropped mine to .695, so, I assume, had that most unlikely of scenarios played out? I would have won! Hard to believe even my miniscule .695 was optimistic for the cooler kicker.

Since no GT was set up for Wednesday's game, I started a thread 1h17m after the game had started which was intended as a joke which fell completely flat, but then people assumed it was the actual game thread when it wasn't. But when we won that game I didn't think I should claim the win as I don't think its legal to start a GT after the game has started, see rules below. Plus, I didn't post the line-ups.


At 1 hour until game time, the thread becomes open to the first (any) poster that posts a thread INCLUDING lineups. Two threads posted near the same time, the first one with lineups becomes official and it is a free turn, it does not erase your spot in line (even the on deck poster when it is within the 1 hour window). Note this is the only time lineups will be required to start the thread.

- A thread that is taken over within 1 hour of game time is a FREE TURN for the poster.

The panel should declare that as an "illegal GT" with TLO still taking the loss and therefore probably for the first time in forum history - no game thread existed. The turn should have passed to your dear self, Pharma so it wasn't a steal yesterday just your normal turn.

I love a good statistic - here's one. I ran through the seasons results into a Google Spreadsheet to see the forum game thread comp results IF we had all taken our turns in order - remember as well as missed turns, there were 3 times when the next poster in line took their early thread option which moves the order down one (eg TLO twice effectively took DG's turn and everyone goes one game earlier, it should now be Milikin's turn)
