Still working on trying to get there. Thursday flight is ruled out due to work but looking at Friday getting in to PHX at around 23:28 EEK but that's not the end of the world.....

This would give me Saturday and Sunday but then leaving PHX at 22:20 Sunday and a horrific 14 hour layover at JFK. Its the return that's posing problems - might have to book a return on the Monday lunchtime and stay somewhere the Sunday night. Flight prices are no different really coming back Sunday or Monday.

So, any suggestions for Sunday night? This might be what it all hinges on.... Still do-able (is that a word you use, do-able?).

I am staying in a hotel Wednesday night. There are tons of hotel options. Just go on Expedia.

I was thinking of flying over to the east coast on the Sunday to cut the return journey into 2. It's only 7h from NY back here for instance. But makes the return trip take a whole day.

What's the plans for Sat & Sun - at least I am thinking that's gonna happen.

We will be going to the practice facility in the morning and or a game in the afternoon for sure. So you're going to spend the night with us Friday and Saturday night?

What's the numbers looking like? Is there a spot for me for Fri & Sat? I will be looking to press the button in the next day or two.

  it’s not the “British way” to be so demanding these days. We like to queue and politely wait to be asked. So thanks. I will let you know when I have confirmed then I am all-in.

There we go, 36 hours of travel including layovers - about 45 hours in AZ. Its Manchester-London Heathrow(1h15m)-Seattle (9h55m)-Phoenix (3h4m) coming back via Atlanta (3h33)-London (8h)-Manchester (1h5m). Piece of piss.

I'll either sleep all 45 hours or stay awake all 45 - that's up to you guys 8-)

BOOKED - it's ON !!!
