I am drinking more heavily than normal tonight. I just looked at zillow and my Kirkland house that I sold in May 2000 is up about $1 million. The Boston house that I bought just 3 months later in August of 2000 is up $10k dollars. So the house I sold is up 100x more than the house I bought. Beyond fucking belief.

Wow, Dan might be the Man!
Hancock’s next turn would have been this Sunday in San Francisco and he won’t be an option in the short-term to rejoin the rotation if the M’s decide to add a starter. Hancock must stay down in the minors for 15 days before he can be recalled.

“We’re looking at everything at this point, so we’ll see how things develop as we go,” Wilson said. “But a lot of options on the table given a lot of the off days that we have coming up.”

She was a cheerleader reject, she got a job as a runner in the seventh inning races, she was a big bottle of Pepsi. Relationships aren't banned but they are frowned upon. I can understand they want to try and keep the fraternization to a minimum
This poster works for a minor league team that strictly prohibits fraternization between employees and players of either team.

The rule is occasionally broken.

Geno hits a granny off skanks wow. 5 homers 11 rbi this far. He is on a great hitting team and he is loving it there.

Damnnn I guess Tigers can hit. Logan getting hit hard. Fucking bad throw Robles allowed runner to move up!

Thanx a lot idiot Robles wow. 2 runs already Logan needs to buckle down. Robles gave them that run. Allowing runner to move up!

Classic 2 runners on 1 out nothing. Only team in baseball that always fuck up these chances. Tigers sure have no issues and they are facing an actual pitcher.

One of the weirdest stats in MLB history and somehow totally overlooked: Gilbert last season led the league with a 0.89 WHIP yet somehow had an ERA of 3.23, I guarantee you that nobody in a full season (162+ innings) has ever had a WHIP that low and had an ERA of even as much as three. Usually when you have a WHIP that low your ERA is close to or less than two. Gilbert's just a really odd pitcher in that he gets batters out at the highest rate but when they get on base he gives up the big hits.
Remember discussing this before, his elite control can get him in trouble. He doesn't walk batters because of his control but that gives them the opportunity to dig in against him, really hammer a ball. He needs to learn to get hitters off balance, make them uncomfortable facing him.
