And for some of you, it's 420 day, for some, it's Easter Sunday.
For me, work to open gate so tenants can get in, go to brunch at the Hilton Solarium in Bellevue, then back to shoo tenants out at 5, lock up the gate.
Had a tenant's boyfriend in after hours. Gate and code locked down and he couldn't depart. Rather than call a phone # to be scolded and let out, he drove his PT Cruiser through it, smashing it to smithereens. Shoreline Police called at 2 A.M. Went w/officers to review vids and gate codes used. Police called tenant, she gave up her live-in boyfriend by name. Called her the next day, she says, "How could someone get my code and key? You guys are irresponsible!" Lady, you already gave him up by name. Vids show him putting things in your unit.
Bottomline, she is responsible for at least $20K.
