I think it's reasonable to say that this win streak has had virtually nothing to do with the trade deadline moves.
???

Naylor had a 166 OPS+ with a .282/.362/.577/.939 OPS and 11 stolen bags before this game with the M's.

He's had multiple games with big hits in key situations.
they haven't won any of these 8 gms b.c of a Naylor sb or hit, hell he missed a gm in there
Please just stop posting.

For the sake of us all.

What about the 1 rbi today in a 1-0 win?

Folks we are the envy of baseball right now. Veteran ball players like Randy, Geno, and Naylor who have at least been in the playoffs and mix them in with some young talents like Cal,Julio, Calzone, and Young. Not to mention a top of the line pitching staff and decent mind you bullpen. They've played together what? Two weeks? Give them a month and see what they produce before declaring it a total failure. The best is yet to come imho.
Wait until we get some players back i.e. Robles, Miller, Railey, and add some september call ups. It's going to be a lot of fun.

Yeah Naylor's been great but combine his numbers with Suarez and you get the same production you would have gotten from Williamson and Solano etc

Expecting anything out of a guy who has played in 15 games since last September is silly. He'll make a nice 4th outfielder to give Randy and Dom some days off.

Why are you quoting Millikin lol?

It's Vogelbomb crying because the M's traded some 15-30 prospects nobody had ever heard of for players to push for a World Series.

He just doubled for Tacoma in his first AB back from injury.

Victor Robles doubles (1) on a line drive to center fielder Junior Perez.

Robles started his rehab. Will be nice to have another righty at the bottom of the lineup,
Unfortunate reality is Robles was a .901 OPS hitter vs righties last year... .648 vs lefties.
Last year was the aberration in his career, and I think the most important thing is you won’t have 4 of 5 hitters in a row that are lefties which makes it simple to just throw a lefty from the bullpen at the last half of the lineup.

Randy
Cal
Julio
Naylor
Suarez
Polanco (who sucks as a righty, so they will want to move him to the left side
Canzone
JP
Young

That was an easy stretch to just throw a lefty in and take away half our lineup.
