Wow they showed up with the bats. But the Fathers are still with in slam distance. Let’s get some insurance. With this pen you need it.

Are we doing that thing again where they bring in the dregs of their bullpen and we stop trying to hit.

So lets be rivals, compete against them. If this was on par with the Yankees-Red Sox there would be a lot more pressure to be less patientDanielVogelbach wrote: ↑Tue Aug 26, 2025 1:50 amI almost posted something similar. So dumb. Reminded me a little of King's Court.
It's idiotic to have a Vedder Cup. You think every year for the next 150 years we should be dedicating 6 games a year to the memory of of Eddie Vedder? Think of how many "cups" there could be.
Side note. When King's Court got going strong, the Astros copied them. Same thing. Stadium not very full, but everyone out in left field with some T-shirts. They called it Keuchel's Corner... direct rip off. So, they took what I thought was a dumb idea and copied it. So, now we have opened the door here for more Cups.
I'm good without putting labels on the series. I'm good with just Mariners vs Padres. You can take the Vedder cup and you know what.

I once commented that Rod could win $750M power ball and complain that the drive to the lottery office was too far to pick up his check. lolSeattle or Bust wrote: ↑Tue Aug 26, 2025 2:18 amwould you rather he hit less homers and more doubles lol?Sibelius Hindemith wrote: ↑Tue Aug 26, 2025 2:17 amCal only hits singles and HRs anymore.

His throws are always so pretty. Perfect speed and location.

I'm trying to diagnose the issue with Cal's hitting approach since the ASB.D-train wrote: ↑Tue Aug 26, 2025 3:55 amI once commented that Rod could win $750M power ball and complain that the drive to the lottery office was too far to pick up his check. lolSeattle or Bust wrote: ↑Tue Aug 26, 2025 2:18 amwould you rather he hit less homers and more doubles lol?Sibelius Hindemith wrote: ↑Tue Aug 26, 2025 2:17 amCal only hits singles and HRs anymore.
