.659 OPS in 347 PAs at T Mobile.
OK, now I’m against it. Nothing that has been mentioned scared me until that. That’s kind of JP like, isn’t it?
JP is at .670 in T Mobile.

OK but c'mon lets apply context.

Marte is a completely different player today than he was as a rookie in 2014.

Just funny to me, all the complaining about the lack of quality hitting on the mariners but if a quality hitter might be available turning our noses up

Believe me I'll be happy if we trade for him but I just think there's better options.

There's context to it all Donn.

If it's going to take moving a starting pitcher and a couple of our top prospects, then yes... I'll turn my nose up.

He's 32, had some mental health issues this past year, and due to make a lot money as he ages.

It's not as simple as "lets add a good hitter and not ask questions."

2015 he had a .762 OPS in 114 PAs
In 2016 he had a .616 OPS in 208 PAs
As a D Back only 25 PAs

So yeah 2016 drags it down big time. He hit 1 HR that season at age 22. 3 years later he hit 32. Hope for Williamson???
