Maybe but he was so so bad. I think it is like when Pete Carrol was fired but they said he would be retained as a special advisor. JCs Left arm is a special adviser that will be lucky to be hired by the Raiders. lol

Wonder if he could be a starter from the right side and then throw out of the bullpen from the left on his rest days.

He could do it but he'd get shelled like he did in the minors throwing left-handed

Maybe but I am guessing that the dynamics of being a situational lefty would be a little bit different then switch pitching in the middle of a 6 inning outing. He'd be rested and he'd be able to just focused on throwing full throttle for a few batters. Most starters see a jump in velocity when they convert to the bullpen. At any rate it could be nice on occasion to have an extra lefty to go to in a pinch.

He had an insane 39 walks in 41 innings pitching LH.
